This board game is the original prototype that Saplix is based on. The prototype itself evolved from a previous video game concept centered around the theme of migration. Developed within a strict one-month timeframe for the video game concept and two months for the board game.
The gameplay focuses on strengthening your creature by collecting resources, crafting items, and engaging in confrontations with other creatures to ultimately defeat the final boss. Throughout the journey, planting as many seeds as possible is essential to save your species and win the game. Players can choose to either attack creatures for loot or tame them using specific items. The inventory consists of cards that represent the overall value and strength of your creature.
